Vend i lirë pune: Business Sales Account Executive pranë Vodafone

The purpose of this role is to manage prospective, new and existing business customer aiming at achieving company target.
Main job accountabilities:
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Promoting & developing customer satisfaction practices through regular meetings
  • Analyze customer's communication costs, suggest the right solution to reduce them, explain our various products and services
  • Retention of the existing customers by organizing frequent meetings with them, dealing with their general and specific requirements and enforcing the mutual collaboration.
  • Promote directly new products and services and offers to the customers
  • Provide qualitative feedback on post-paid customer behaviour as requested by the respective Manager
  • Ensure and control the application of all company' s policies and procedures by all employees
Profile requirements:
  • Strong sales skills
  • Goal driven
  • Self-motivation and initiative are essential combined with problem solving capability
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the area
  • High level of negotiation skills is required
  • A very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • University degree
  • 1 year relevant experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications or information technologies market
